Derby's Farmers' Market
Every third Thursday in the month in Derby's Market Place a range of local products is on offer from ostrich burgers to poacher's cheese. The market also stocks freshly baked bread and for the gardeners, a selection of plants. Be sure to get there early as produce goes quickly! Pies, cakes, meats and veg also sold in this super market.

Derby Summer Beer Festival
10 - 14 July 2013
With over 150 draught real ales from brewers large and small, old and new, this is your chance to sample some of the finest beer in the world.
Described as the "Real Ale Capital of the World" Derby is renowned for super pints and the Winter Beer Festival is here to provide plenty of them! Serving continental beers, ciders and perries too alongside hot and cold food - taste a pint of the finest and enjoy the brilliant bands lined-up to play everyday of the festival.
